TECHNICAL POST SALES SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

KASSEL SANITÄR SL, a global company, is currently looking for a technically-minded Post Sales Service Representative to join our rapidly growing international organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical post sales service by email, phone and video conference to international markets
  • Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products
  • Maintain contact with customers to obtain feedback regarding service quality
  • Develop and implement strategies effective for ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ensure clients are tended appropriately in line with set customer service standards
  • Develop and optimize support and service processes, tools, and systems
  • Oversee all post-sales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current projects and new products
  • Provide periodic reports to management on all after sales activities
  • Ensure compliance with all general and company policies when carrying out job duties

REQUIREMENTS

  • Native English speaker with excellent communication skills and a technical background
  • Prior experience in customer relationship management and technical problem-solving
  • Innovative and creative thinking ability to apply proven approaches to new problems
  • Team-player attitude with a high comfort level working collaboratively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent experience.

HEAD OF SALES

KASSEL SANITÄR SL, a global company, is currently looking for an experienced business leader to join our rapidly growing sales organization in the USA to head our North American sales & marketing activities.

SUMMARY

The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing sales strategies in the HVAC and Architecture & Design (A&D) industry and hands-on sales to architects, installers, contractors and distributors. The primary responsibility of the candidate is to drive sales as well as handle the day to day sales & marketing program activities. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop periodic sales targets for the sales team and communicate targets to the sales team on a regular basis.
  • Provide leadership over the sales team while taking responsibility for team performance against targets.
  • Manage promotions and campaign activities to maximize sales and lead the sales team in new product launches.
  • Implement sales strategies that further the department’s agenda and drive enhanced revenue generation.
  • Maintain direct personal contact with key accounts, conduct presentations and meetings.
  • Preparation and submission of periodic forecasts.
  • Work with new and existent customers to assure proper project development.
  • Approve, orient and develop new distribution channels. 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3+ years related proven successful experience in a similar sales position in the A&D industry.
  • Hard driving sales skills, excellent overall business skills, superior negotiating and relationship skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaborate with all business partners in an international environment.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills. 
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage a flexible work schedule.
  • Proficient in computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM database

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree a must.
